Customer Relationship Management System.

As part of my 6th semester mini project, my team developed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which is a software solution designed to help businesses manage their interactions with customers and improve customer satisfaction. It enables companies to capture, store, and analyze customer data, including contact information, purchase history, and preferences.

This information is used to personalize interactions with customers, tailor marketing campaigns, and ultimately drive sales. A CRM system allows businesses to track customer interactions across multiple channels, such as email, phone, and social media, providing a complete view of the customer journey.

Implementing a CRM system can benefit companies of all sizes and industries by increasing efficiency, streamlining processes, and improving customer retention. It can also provide valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions and deliver more targeted marketing campaigns.

Annual Arts and Cultural Fest 2023

My college recently hosted its annual cultural fest, Saaya 2023, on November 24 and 25. I took the initiative to assemble a team of six talented developers, and collaboratively, we designed and developed the official website for the event.

My contributions in this project include leading the team to complete this task within 1 week by asigning them various responsibilites and making sure that they do in properly, develop the about us page and a photo gallery in the home page. You can check out our work by clicking here.

I conducted a webinar on the topic of web design, where I shared my knowledge and expertise with a group of enthusiastic students and aspiring developers. The webinar covered various aspects of web design, including the principles of good design, user experience, and the latest trends in the industry. I also provided a live demonstration of the web design process, showcasing the tools and techniques used to create modern, responsive websites.

The webinar was well-received by the participants, and I received positive feedback on my presentation and content. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and I look forward to conducting more webinars and workshops in the future.

WEB FOR TEAM was a coding challenge organized by IEDC AWH and MuLearn AWH conducted in the month of November 2023. The task involved creating a website for one's favorite football club, and I chose to develop a website for Kerala Blasters FC.
